The Digital Workers Party

Social Hostility to the Individual comes with a new technology, this time.

As if print wasn't enough, we finally crashed and Communism went away as workers paradises, at least those old tyme Disneyland workers paradises, killed it.
It was called the middle class. If you dont want Communism then dont create workers parties.
HOWEVER, this is brand new far reaching mind releasing, Will inspiring technology, the best of all time.
And of course, this would create a moment where the Digital Workers are complaining. Makes us look bad. I mean, the United States, to other countries.
What kind of leaders do that? Lead to an eventual crisis between the hirers and hiree's...mostly regarding a rhetorical fallacy of the abject poor, say, those victimized by a damn collapsing and a flood, as compared, in the cliche picture, the fat cat with a top hat and a martini and riding crop.

Ridiculous really. Why does that even play?
Well, it hits those who the system denied a future, and that too is a party.
That party is whom the greater number of DWP party are replacing. Its a win win for technology and capitalism and green agenda, but its a lose lose, in that everyone cannot contribute through the DWP.
They can not join and still work.
This is a just political party consciousness raising essay.
The overall point it that adapting to the DWP agenda means a greater future, while that future relies on foreclosure of some of the other people who were thinking Industrial practices are practical, when in fact they are shown to be waste of money and quality.
Those people...some adapt from them. Even profiteer highly in some cases.

But lets say a faction, half, has to be dropped by the Capitalist wayside...the wages go down, the benefits go away, the quality continues to drop as those workers fail to migrate, or, the work is so downgraded that eventually only the sane migrate...different times for each but I bet on occasion these two times might meet, say, after three years, one person requires medication, for depression, while the other requires nothing other than the status quo, unaware.
Both of these are provided by nature.
However, the Digital Workers Party contains a cross generational picture, wherein, half of GenX and three quarters of the Millinnials, are savy.

This coalesces, over the favor of the Baby Boomers, who inherit this program from the previous generations. Say, in the 50's, when the Baby Boomer were TV kids.

Anyway, they pull up more from the Millennials anyway, as that is their kids they are investing in.

The move away by the Baby Boom from Public School occurred in my young adulthood, although, in the early 80's, we had a Charter program at the H.S., and there were alternative schools, like Kino, which actually founds some of my more open ideas about class rooms and clocks.

So, its a hard wired thing, Bernie is not messing with it, he is probably coming in with new executive cronies, and from this DC favoritism, there will be another set of Digital Workers, but, they will not be a part of the Digital Workers Party.
Only if they can actually do Digital work. It may mean a mere blog. Or, it may mean a investor in fiber optics, or nano tubes.
The rich infuse, and in some ways inhibit, but overall kind of enable, many of the Digital Workers to be privately successful. We are not part of controlling wages.

What the policy suggestion is, balanced with the income and scale of the current digital infrastructure, wherein, it is scaled up at the expense of profits, and in the scaling up is a early payoff for Digital Workers.

There should be a simple scale, based on the amount of time: a penny second.
And then this stratified by skill, and those willing to learn from the Digital Worker, is then paid for having this clockable skill.
Simply the amount of time turns into a governement subsidied, per application, perhaps through the I-99 form, to offer discounts, and encourage investments of a government backed "easy hire", of people.

Perhaps having them accept a overlay of a interactive, morality, history, crime, law, psychology overlay and interruption of their production using the environment to create this.
So, in HALO, for instance, the small talk would turn into a lesson...taken as if there was nothing else to do...the game goes on stall, and the Viewer-User, is paid to participate in working with an alternative storyline that does not violate the universe of the game.


Both of these are splinters of the new transparency, just not resolved.

So, the reason why there is a DWP is because of the technology, but this is being favored, in perhaps some appreciable way as the failure of poverty (as the RP goes) as motivator.
So, they people who move sideways and the people who move down are a fraction of society that is not the DWP.

This can be anywhere, this DWP. They are scattered everywhere, and should be encouraged to move out to the country or small towns, as big cities can create hazards. Although the isolation is there, the travel expenses and the Self Driving Car, the SDC, these workers will form local associations.
So, there would be a preferential kind of habitat, but each to his own. Then clustering probably by hobbies and interest into smaller and smaller social guilds.
So, the DWP works at the Global level. It influences policy and it works at a local level, and all levels in between, forming a kind of NSA network, or resolves what had been the Green Party into it as well.
Wherein, before, the Green relied on letters. Which are not impossible, yet limited, in forming networks.

The point is that some are left behind in the system, and do not receiver favor. The system favors digital workers, really. That the first, and those that follow still use some of their abilities to make a living, such as an actor (who might be replaced by a super real avatar...), but if in large manufacturing projects...the dampening on widespread markets will bring the local providers into the picture...
plastic bottles needing recycling encourages DWP to have a local, working, accessible 3-d printer.
Any school should have a 3-d printer. And, lessons should include how things used to be made by hand.

Then, some can choose to work with the 3d printer for awhile. They dont all have to be doing the same task, for the same time, to the same clock, as everyone else. They can cluster into sharing interests.


The Digital Workers Party does this:

Propagates globally, deepening the fiber optic infrastructure and wildly invests in programming the global web.
*Money is wasted here, frivolously. Just come up with some idea, especially about programming, and someone is going to pay a mint to 49er if its terribly useful and valuable. Really.
Thats the first order of business, and where these people HAVE worked was in large corporations that offered bonuses and better pay.
But not really so directly, except as digital civilization takes off, wherein now, corporations are enveloping themselves into shadow ventures, and operating alongside small time ventures.

Small time ventures really do happen, and they happen best in small, city wide markets first, where transport is not a issue.
Selling a 3-d printed object globally will use this DWP infrastructure...anyone can buy into it, but its mainly to deliver, by robot, globally.

So, there we go.

The Digital Workers conform a technology to communications.
The Digital Workers conform a technology to math, science, engineering, academics...and media, which fulfill many Wills into the future, for generations to come. Its going to be a party even after you and I are dead.
Its as if we started out working in Telegraph factories and end up owning those factories, and made the factories better by buying Telephone making machines, and died. Then IBM starting selling typewriters, after we were dead.
The DWP will paid, but will be provided electric cars and PV arrays. The arrays will function to charge the car.
The DWP will drive less. It will use less paper, It will use more local delivery.
The DWP will leverage overseas what is done here.
The DWP will afford housing, demand healthy food, and live in a new "workers paradise", as so modeled by the Europeans.
The DWP will afford travel, with family.

The DWP will be provided Education, and those Digital Workers will be identified early on, in Elementary school. Digital worker interfaces at the elementary school level will include exercises, not just recess. These will be frequent, and perhaps mandantary, but, they will be chosen by the Child, when to go outside.
The DWP will have camera surveillance at schools.

We expect a divide between the older industries and their legislated decline.

These will not include those people who sell land, private property, to the Digital Workers Party.



All military personnel will be trained for astronautics. They will all have a tour of duty on the moon.
Of course this is going to happen.
This encourages colonists to join the military.
I think thats a lot of the motivation to be in the military for a lot of military people.
So, they should be able to afford that, and, have access to Astronaut training, those identified so.

Its not really the skills and so on, its the tough mentality, or, its a motivation like a colonists, isn't it?
They do fine fulfilling their natural pioneering initiative to go to the moon and perhaps settle there, after running machines and proving to be useful under such stress.

The DWP also means the military colonization of the moon. Unless this other class, the rich kids, well, they have a better moon base.
